The original is directly from First Aid. I also did a quick check in UWorld, and it doesn’t seem like knowing whether the movement is continuous is particularly helpful for answering the questions

I also get very confused mixing the two up. Amboss emphasizes it is continious. I will also add a bit to the Extra, to help clarify
I don’t think it’s helpful for questions, but I think this one of the few times we should make a change solely because it makes the cards easier to answer.
