@AnKing-Maintainers good to merge?
This is a cloze change, we usually wait for like 6-8 votes. But yeah, @/maintainers whenever you wanna speed up process.
That said, I don’t think it is a necessary change. But I am indifferent. Leaning slightly against the change.

No issue with the Uworld QID. The main counterargument to this change is that people are so used to answering “surgery” and there’ isnt really a benefit to being more specific.
