NCBI NLM says there is conflicting data for male vs female and agrees with less than 100, also states 100 to 200 is acceptable while greater than that is diagnostic.

I don’t love this because the discrepancy is so big, but nothing we can do about that… just for reference

UpToDate: 50-100 is normal, > 200 mL is abnormal, 100-2000 requires clinical correlation
Cleveland Clinic: 50-100
Reviews in Urology (2004): <50 (50-100 if elderly)
