Wording is weird, but correct - per FA23, iron-containing nodules in alveolar septum = ferruginous bodies. Maybe change to “may be found in the alveolar septum on sputum sample”?

I like how its worded by OP, do we need to include septum?

I like OP wording +/- adding to the extra “Sputum sample taken from the alveolar septum”

Agree with @Ahmed7, we can add that these bodies are present in septum of alveolar walls in the extra section.

Weird wording of “alveolar septum” has been removed from FA24. Still found on AMBOSS when you search, but not in the actual article (see below). Made some edits, good to push.
