Yes, if you protect your extra field. It will stop AnkiHub from changing your extra field or us receiving any info from it when you suggest
If you only have a few cards changed then you can choose to protect only a few cards specifically, rather than the extra field of all cards, you can do this here after unprotecting the extra field: Protect Field for Individual Note
