@anking-maintainers. 7 suggestions all getting confused because the picture says Nitroglycerin does not relieve symptoms due to unstable angina. Amboss says nitroglycerin may or may not relieve pain. I think the best thing to do is to change image to say (*nitroglycerin may or may not relieve symptoms). Not sure how in line this is with step questions, but wee need to address it given the number of ppl confused.
The card is correct as is and I think to address the confusion we can add sth to the extra section
