Think “bowlegged” itself might already be enough of a hint

cartilage loss can start in either compartment, not just medially.
Might just add “usually” instead of this hint.

agree, its just it doesn’t really give anything away. main distinction is medial or lateral, so why make the card harder for a fact that is binary

I like the change but also like usually, and what Cameron said 
… So I’d like to propose a mash up of all three haha:
Knee cartilage loss in osteoarthritis usually begins {{c1::medially (“bowlegged”)::medially/laterally}}
- Also, quick search, every other card in our deck does M/L so I swapped those too
