I am always hesistant to add if there is no question that says straight up
âtranssphenoidal resectionâ
Like @morgankota13 mentioned, radiotherapy was the answer (but surgery was not even mentioned)
Furthermore, FA24 does not have this concept anymore
So this gives me less reason to include both and make the card harder
Iâd vote to keep text and just add to extra with underlining âsurgery is another 1st-line modality if the tumor can be fully resectedâ?
@AnKing-Maintainers
Letâs give this a second look over checking questions.
Seems like unless we find a question with answer saying surgery (transsphenoidal resection) as the answer then we should just leave that to extra field??
Just read the whole thread; I think the current edit is good and we should push
Same here, support pushing but could change â+/-â to âand/orâ
Also support +/-
@AnKing-Maintainers did this one ever get resolved? Based on the sources provided, It doesnât seem like we can determine which of the two therapies is more âfirst-lineâ . I think âsurgery +/- radiationâ is the best we can do. Hopefully we can submit this one.
I think the answer to this might be the most boring one in that it depends.
We have to treat patients on a patient-by-patients basis. Regardless of how fit a patient is for surgery it might not be the correct call for them. I second the Surgery +/- radiation option.
