I’ve never seen the term anaphalaxin. Was that on purpose? I can add the hint with an exception. Not all ‘b’ proteins will add to the complex - c2a binds and c2b will be released (I don’t think it mediates anaphalxis)

Lecture slides all use the term anaphylaxins. At first thought it was an error but there are several slides where the term is used. Perhaps pertains to the group of signals/chemicals it’s mediating rather than the condition itself (which would be T1HS).
