I feel like management more so implies treatment, so the fact that it’s asking for a diagnostic step might be unclear if “workup” isn’t also specified

True, but at least there you’re given options as opposed to producing the answer yourself. I don’t think it’s harmful for the card to be clear in what it’s asking
