I think this may be better as 4 different clozes - seems it breaks minimum information principle for 20 rules
agree and I also think that dosages are best left to the “extra” box.
Cloze 1 = Periocular corticosteroid injection
Cloze 2 = Intravitreal corticosteroid injection or implant
