I would say “complete bed rest” instead of just “rest,” since the patient shouldn’t engage in excessive exercise but should maintain regular activities without full rest
I was going off the AMBOSS article that just says “Rest rather than continued activity has not been shown to improve sciatica symptoms.”

Would perhaps change cloze to "conservative (e.g., NSAIDs, physical therapy, etc.)

FIrst line of extra can be “other measures include exercise and a potential short course of steroids”
