I agree with the change. Long, slender microvilli and abundant tonofilaments are ultrastructural findings, meaning they are seen with electron microscopy, not routine light-microscopic histopathology.
One small wording improvement: change “will show” to “classically shows” or “may show”, because not every tumor cell or poorly differentiated mesothelioma will demonstrate every feature…
