@anking-maintainers No QIDs here that I can see; not really sure what this was based off of to begin with. Think this would be a fine change unless others know of this being tested somewhere?

I dont recall this being tested so support. Even then I dont think this much nuance is needed in the initial card or the new change

pretty sure this is based on original sketchy video. Don’t recall treatment for babesiosis being tested either. There’s two cards for treatment of babesiosis (mild/moderate and severe/resistant). Maybe we can just combine the cards into one (see below) and add a note to extra regarding the change. Could add note that IV azithromycin can be used in cases of severe disease, but don’t think this is necessary personally, severe infections in general are treated with IV meds.

What is the treatment for babesiosis?

Yeah, wouldn’t make sense to keep both of the cards in the deck if they’re both treated with the same drugs. Agree with both of you that ROA isn’t typically important for Step 1 and could be a note in extra if anything
