I think we’re overtagging here @alexlewis - I feel there would be a million diseases that theoretically could present with jaundice, but expecting to adequately tag them all with diagnosis/investigations would be an impossible task and hard to actually be consistent. Perhaps we should emphasise the terminal tags need to be as specific as possible to the disease to prevent overdoing the tags, and anything outside of that specificity feeds into a topic page?
