Mmm, actually per Amboss’ article “Cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation” both unstable VT and pulseless VT are treated with defibrillation.
im thinking both of these should say defibrilllation for unstable and pulseless VT, CPR follows both in the algorithm in the article but definitely says to shock. Does not clarify stable vs unstable tho

on the unstable one, no need for change imo, cardioversion would be the preferred term in a conscious patient. On the second, yes, you’re probably going to start with CPR if unwitnessed (as you have to allow time to get pads on etc) but in a situation where you already have pads on, the initial goal is going to be to defibrillate. I’d advocate for leaving as is and rejecting.
