Dynamed only lists bleeding as a contraindication in the context of hep C infection. They also list HIV, drugs of abuse (and some pharmaceuticals), galactosemia, HTLV, herpes lesions, active untreated TB, brucellosis, H1N1, ‘varicella 5 days before through 2 days after delivery’
