https://next.amboss.com/us/article/wS0hbf#8aaOmQ lists both hyperemia and yellow pallor under 1-3 days for gross findings. No UW/AMBOSS tags so Iā€™m indifferent to whether to include that in Extra or remove it altogether.

I agree with removing FA2022 note.
