@mohsenz22 this is a bit of a rough one ⌠Iâm not convinced we need one here?
@braviboron Honestly the only reason I made one was because someone had written that âa mnemonic should be made for this cardâ in the extra. Iâd argue that having it in the extra just makes it an option for those who want to use it and is unobtrusive to those who donât. If it clutters the extra too much we could just throw it in the additional notes. The list is a bit long so having an optional mnemonic wouldnât hurt. Youâre right in that the mnemonic is convoluted though lol, Iâll try and see if I could come up with anything more simple.
@mohsenz22 yes thanks for the effort. I am half inclined to make this one low yield and call it a day. Happy to keep it there for now. @Stapedius thoughts? I kind of think these extremely low yield cards are for < 1% of people and we can leave it for them if they want it, but we donât need to spend much time on making it easier to learn.
@mohsenz22 @braviboron Personally I think the card itself is moderate yield (I certainly think this was tested in PassMed). I think recognising âred flag signsâ is actually quite useful in clinical practice but actually learning the list off by heart is not, hence why I think the mnemonic is fairly useless, but why I think the card should stay. In my opinion I think this sort of niche mnemonic should be reserved to the âpersonal notesâ field that is protected, especially if it has âunique memoryâ value.
I think thatâs fair and reasonable @Stapedius . @mohsenz22 if youâre happy with that maybe we can move it to personal notes. If you come up with something beautiful feel free to resubmit but I itâs not a huge priority obviously.
@braviboron @stapedius Oh yeah most definitely. Like I said, I only made it because someone had requested a mnemonic in the extra.
