Roseola is an infection characterized by a high fever and rash, edited to reflect that; though I think we’re getting a bit wordy. Original I think is good enough. If you know Roseola is caused by HHV-6, and you answer that here, you’re not wrong. Functionally useful > technically right in this instance imo
