I’ll do some reading, but to copy + paste my comment on a previous suggestion for this card: ‘nope - they took it off of the main list, but it’s still in there - FA 2022 p191. I’d argue that sulfonamides are more important to remember as trimethoprim & MTX interfere with the same enzyme (DHF reductase) whereas sulfonamides target a different enzyme (dihydropteroate synthase)’

Okay, here we go: from Dihydropteroate synthase - Wikipedia - ‘it is not expressed in most eukaryotes including humans’ - will approve in which case - thank you for providing further clarification! :slight_smile:
