@dr_surg I agree that DAI IOC is not NCCT but in general we would still do NCCT then proceed for MRI when unexplained by CT
I understand the exception is important, but I feel like a seperate card would be better for that instead of the same one since IOC remains unchanged and is a standalone fact
for that reason I shall discard this suggestion and create a new card to include
