I’ve noticed that on some cards, instead of using a hint, we modify the note to begin with something like, “In addition to smoking cessation, post-operative…”. What are your thoughts on using this approach instead of relying on hints? I’m not sure which format is better overall, but I wanted to suggest it for consideration.

We could consider changing the formatting for some of the other cards that use the “:: not X” hint format, if other people agree that using “In addition…” is better
