Want to see a AMBOSS question or UWorld question directly testing this change before approving

I agree. There are some tagged questions but I can’t look it up.

Not too sure about the source for this note but it also says ^

@Anking-Maintainers
the correct answer for UW ID 1448 is FFP
But i still would like to see PCC mentioned in the extra at least!

My biggest gripe here is that it makes the deck inconsistent. The extra on this card says rat poison is warfarin, but then note 1488765299956 it says to give PCC to reverse effects of warfarin (over FPP).

This interference makes both cards harder to learn. @christhepa also pointed to the other card on this topic, and I suspect it’s because they got tripped up by this too.

True, however the scenarios may not be directly comparable, I imagine?

Reversal of rat poison in the setting of toxic ingestion may be different than reversal of a therapeutic dose or an over-dose of warfarin in the setting of (for example) life-threatening bleeding. I don’t have time to research the topic rn, but just wanted to throw that out there…

per AMBOSS first line is vit K PLUS PCC (if not available we use FFP)
