I don’t prefer yes/no or question type of cards, but okay with it if others prefer.
Or we can do:
pulmonary embolism present with {{c1::elevated::normal or elevated}} D-dimer

Thank you for the input. Suggestion has been modified in accordance to @Sameem’s suggestion.
modified it to usually presents with, feel like “may present with” was still giving away the answer
