Add note IDs for duplicate cards

For cards tagged as duplicates or as to be deleted because of duplication, include note IDs of the cards that are the duplicates. This would allow a reduction in duplications while making it easier to ensure that users are not losing content if they have only one of the set of duplicated cards unsuspended/reviewed.
