Anki_Hub Optional Deck: Problem with uploading cards to optional tag group

I have been added to an Anki_Hub optional tag group. Although I can see the tags and cards they have already added to the AnkiHub_Optional group, I am having trouble submitting my tags. After I highlight the cards I want to suggest to the optional tag group, I get a message that says “some of the selected tag groups have problems, hover over them to see the reason.” I am unsure what this means. There is also a yellow hazard symbol next to the optional deck I a want to select when I open the popup window for sharing the tag. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or possible ways I can troubleshoot the issue?
