AnkiHub Presale Renewal

Continuing the discussion from AnkiHub wrongly deactivates membership for presale purchasers:

Somewhat related, and I created this issue on the old support side. Since AnkiHub was launched in July/August of last year, shouldn’t the presale membership renewal be pushed back? I couldn’t access the old forum, but I remember the response was that the membership will be extended.

That’s correct. It looks like your invoice should have been delayed by 60 days. We’ll look into it ASAP.

@andrew in the meantime, can I receive a refund for the membership already charged?
