Could you please provide more context about the error you are experiencing? Please paste the error message or send some screenshots.

I purchased the Anking deck and it combined with my Milesdown deck. I think i somehow deleted it trying to fix something. Now, i only see milesdown cards.

I also keep getting this error now.

Regarding your error, did you keep hitting the sync button repeatedly? It should be just a temporary issue. Restart Anki and wait a few minutes before trying to sync again. Please let me know if the error continues to recur.

I tried resetting local changes, that did not work.

Usually, these cards would say ā€œAnking- ā€¦ā€ but they all say milesdown. It is also not listed under my decks.

I was able to go into a new profile and reconnect to Anking. That issue is fixed, thank you for the help. I have another question. I deleted my anki account. Can i make a new account with the same email, or will I be required to use a different email? @AnkiHub_AI_bot @MarcosZan

You can create a new AnkiWeb account with the same email address after deleting the old one, as long as the deletion has fully completed on AnkiWeb’s side.

A few tips:

  1. Confirm the old account is gone

    • Go to https://ankiweb.net
    • Try using ā€œForgot your password?ā€ with that email.
    • If AnkiWeb says there’s no account with that email, you’re clear to re‑register.
  2. Re‑link Anki and AnkiHub afterward

    • In Anki: Tools → Preferences → Sync and log into your new AnkiWeb account.
    • Then make sure the AnkiHub add-on is logged into your AnkiHub account and re-synced with your AnKing deck subscription.

If anything behaves strangely when recreating the account (e.g., AnkiWeb says the email is already in use), you’d need to contact AnkiWeb support directly, since that part is outside of AnkiHub’s control.

As the support forum for AnkiHub, we don’t have control over things related to AnkiWeb.

However, you probably just need to wait for the deletion process to finish before you can create a new account with that same email address.

Regarding your previous issue, you already had all of the cards. As you can see, you have the #AK_MCAT_v2 tag. What happened is that you had other decks, like MileDown, and the cards got merged; that’s why you don’t see the AnKing Step deck and only see the tags.
