Canki base material / installation?

Is the version on Ankihub the same as the one on reddit, that was based on canadaqbank and practice exams?

So I installed Canki from reddit first, then I installed Anking from here, and it seems both decks merged into one. Do I have to delete everything and start over?

If the second deck borrows cards from the first deck - there will be no way to separate them into two decks without having them in separate profiles
