Charged 4 times

I signed up for Anki Hub, but it would not say I was a member. I attempted to pay again, and it still did not show that I was a member. I am assuming the website takes hours to update because hours later that same day it still would not let me download V12 Anking, but today I checked and it updated me to member but my card had 4 charges. How can I have this fixed without reaching out to my bank to cancel the charges.


It saying you are not a member is a visual bug we are fixing currently.

I have gone ahead and refunded your duplicate subscriptions. Sorry about that. Please note it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
