Cloze field is mostly empty

I’m subscribed to AnKing Step Deck v12 on AnkiHub.
After syncing, tag:#AK_Step2_v12::#UWorld* now shows about 9000 cards, but most notes have empty Text and Extra fields. The OME field has an image, but the Text field is blank, so the cards appear blank during review.
I already checked media sync, and it says idle.
Should I reset all local changes or is this a field sync issue?

You have protected fields enabled, which is why you are not receiving the content:
