To help with your “I can’t sync with AnkiHub” issue, please share a bit more detail so we can troubleshoot:

  1. Exact error message

    • What message do you see in Anki when you try to sync with AnkiHub?
    • A screenshot of the error popup or the AnkiHub > View Logs window is especially helpful.

  2. Your setup

    • Anki version (e.g. 2.1.65)
    • AnkiHub add-on version (from Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub → View Files or the add-on list)
    • Operating system (Windows/Mac/Linux)

  3. What you’re trying to sync

    • Are you syncing:
      • An existing AnkiHub shared deck you already joined?
      • A local deck you’re trying to upload to AnkiHub?
    • Does this happen with all decks, or just a specific one?

  4. What you’ve tried so far

    • Have you:
      • Logged out and back in via AnkiHub menu in Anki?
      • Disabled other add-ons (except AnkiHub) and restarted Anki?
      • Checked that Anki itself can sync with AnkiWeb normally?

Please reply with:

  • Screenshot(s) of the error
  • The info above (1–4)
