Lost access to ankihub account

I lost access to my previous account (carissamai) due to a typo in my email when creating the account. I made a new account (cfeli) with the correct email and previously tried to merge the two accounts. The merge did not work, so I would like to cancel my subscription for the old account (carissamai).
