Refund after 1 day of use

I’m not sure how to reach out to support directly, so I’m posting here for the time being. I purchased this service yesterday but decided to go with something else, so I would like a refund to my account whenever possible. I believe there is a one week refund policy so hopefully this is doable. Thank you!
