Reject changes and trouble logging in

I cannot even log in. The website keeps saying the change you want is rejected. I don’t know what’s happening.

Hi there,

It sounds like you are having two different problems.

  • Regarding logging in - are you talking about from the add-on or the web app
  • Regarding rejected changes
    It looks like your membership status is pending. If you requested a scholarship, you won’t be able to use AnkiHub until your request is approved. You will receive an email when that happens.
