hey I need help with my entire deck, a bunch of files/ pics are now missing on my entire anki deck

Hi, we have notified the developers, and you are not the only one facing this error. A developer will get in touch here if they need more information, and we will keep you updated on any news.

The error message attached appears to be unrelated.

If you sync then click AnkiHub>Media Sync, what errors do you see once the media sync is done? Can you also use AnkiHub>Help>Upload logs and post the filename shown?

The pepper deck I subscribed to is not fully syncing with my anki. when I try to study it, there’re no pictures

The media for the Pepper deck you are subscribed to doesn’t come automatically downloaded. It needs to be manually imported

my mac book can’t accesss the (sketchy Pepper anki media Step 1 + 2.rar) how do I bypass this? I even tried to paste the URL using the ankihub import media, it says its not a valid URL when I try to pate it

Hello, it should redirect you to the Google Drive link where you can download the .rar file. Unfortunately, since this is not an official deck maintained by the AnkiHub team and the media isn’t synced through AnkiHub, I recommend reaching out to the creator to see if they can help.

However, as seen in the thread, other people are also having issues with the deck, and there is apparently a link to a new version: [Wiki] Sketchy Medical for Step 1 & 2 - Pepper Style by TheMasterMind48 - #25 by notdanr

the link is not working, like why advertise something and have us pay for it if you dont even have access to the images? also how do I get the note add one so I can get rid of the exclamation point when i’m studying ? Also there has to be an easier on boarding process, i’ve been trying to study since 8 am, but I haven’t even studied once, i’ve just been troubleshooting, this is extremely frustrating

AnkiHub offers a lot of decks; some are official from our team, and some are created by community members who want to share their decks with others and their friends. The deck you are referring to is not an official AnkiHub deck maintained by us, so we have no control over its quality or how the media is handled.

All official AnkiHub decks, including:

  • AnKing MCAT deck
  • AnKing Lab Values deck
  • AnKing ACLS/BLS deck

are maintained by our team, and the media is synced properly through AnkiHub.
