I got this same error when I synced last. I had to reset all local changes made to the deck. Then the sync worked again.
I deleted the “Hint Image” field from the template of that card. Try syncing again and see if it works.
Thank you so much for your help. What I ultimately ended up doing was adding a Hint Image field to the “Basic (AnkiCollab) (Mastering Radiology / drradiology)-7d4ab” card. I immediately Uploaded to AnkiWeb to keep this field in the future and then Downloaded from AnkiWeb which seemed to do the trick. Can’t wait to get started!
That’s actually a great idea. I will implement a field into that card template (which I actually think got published by mistake).
cards don’t show up in my anki after subscribing to the deck, anyone else resolve this issue? Or does it just take a while for the cards and media to load in?
I’m having the same issue with media, but the mega link you gave doesn’t work.
@Ahmed7 Any chance you might have an idea why certain users can’t see the media from the deck? Anything I can do to try and solve the issue? Thanks in advance!
Anything specifically wrong with the Mega link? I clicked on it and it took em to the correct webpage.
So the mega link downloads the entirety of the deck, not just the media. The link you attached is a “file” not a “folder” of media, so the AnkiHub add-on cannot “import media” from the entirety of the deck
Nevermind! It had to do with my firewall. I downloaded the apkg file and then imported media using that local file path
I’ll still upload a media only file so it’s easier for people in the future!
For updates, do they push automatically via ankihub or need to re-download mega file?
Also, need any help with modding/suggestions?
Updates should auto push as far as I know! You may have to turn on sync with Ankihub in the settings, or just click sync with Ankihub in the menu option manually.
Hi, I had been using a downloaded version of the deck via megafile, but just now dowloaded the Ankihub version. It seems to have added the new cards (highlighted in blue) as a subdeck of the original Core deck. Any idea how to consolidate these while keeping my prior edits/schedule/card suspension status? Thanks.
Does it show duplicates of all the cards? Or did it update all the cards and put them in those new tages? Those look like the Ankore tags which shouldn’t be in the deck. I don’t see them on my end except for some select chapters that I need to reassign tags for.
I do not think there any duplicates. The cards that were put under the new “Core Radiology” subdeck I highlighted above seem to have the new tags: “#Ankore (page number)”, Ankihub Subdeck…”, and “Core_Rad_2E.” There are 23,444 cards in this new subdeck.
The old subdecks above it have about 12,800 cards total. They all have tags: “Contributor::DrRadiology” and “Core_Radiology::Chapter…” I feel like these cards didn’t update with the new tags? Not sure if you’ve come across this or maybe I did something wrong.
I’m also seeing a lot of cards that I had previously been learning showing up as “new” in the new subdeck.
To be quite honest, I’m not sure what is happening since the AnkiHub deck doesn’t have those cards from Ankore in it. All the cards I took from Ankore have been tagged in the appropriate chapter with respective Ankore tag removed. Are you sure you didn’t dowload the Ankore deck or subscribe to it in Ankihub? Because those all seem like Ankore tags. Can you send a screenshot of the cards in pediatric imaging (an example section that I did entirely by myself)?
