Please try this solution:

Anki unable to sync

Your AnkiHub database is corrupted. Please follow the steps if you still have the issue: Close Anki Go to the C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\AnkiHub folder. You should see multiple subfolders with random names. Open each subfolder and delete the ankihub.db file.
