reading a little more seems like it’s just a current gap. I say just change the text to moderate-dose statin. then in extras put something like “the USPSTF states there are gaps in evidence on what statin intensity is appropriate, but most trials reviewed by the USPSTF used a moderate-intensity statin and seems reasonable in most patients”
