would it work to resubmit a suggestion where all pathological images are uniformly cropped to match the size of the last image in the set? this would ensure consistent formatting across the cards and help avoid unintentionally giving away answers due to varying image sizes or formatting

How about keeping the original image in the Extra, but highlighting the parts we want to emphasize?
I like the progression on the original image, and I think it’d be easier to have a complete picture for easy reference/comparison in the Extra
Also I think the current suggestion might be better, cause it would help avoid unintentionally giving away the answer due to varying image sizes or formatting, like @zarathustra said above

These look nice so I’d be fine going with these too
I wanted to perserve as much as the original card as possible and this one seems very small (the image on the right) so its harder to discern
