Are we likely to get normal ranges for these in question stems?
I pulled the normal ranges from the stem

@anking-maintainers thoughts? Card is directly based on QID so I am not really bothered by the ranges, but we do have cards on the normal range for all of these, so it is a bit unnecessary. Could just add to extra?
