@anking-maintainers FA24 has updated, but ischemic colitis is so classic that I don’t really see the utility in adding to text field
Yeah I think we should wait to see this reflected in UWorld at least
Edit: UWorld still uses ischemic colitis in their explanations but the Topic is labeled as colonic ischemia 
UWorld uses it as the header for tables, but answers to questions are still straight up “ischemic colitis”

I can find those and make suggestions if we are going ahead with change. It is my suggestion after all, but I do like the idea of using the most up to date terminology since Step tends to use that
Can you check how many cards use this terminology? If we would need to add a note to like 20+ cards, seems excessive to me. Might require more discussion in Slack.
Quick 1 minute search seems like roughly 10 notes that would need to be changed.
Also found 2 cards that use both terms in the text field already.
