UW medical library does list anemia, leukopenia, and thrombocytopenia as hematologic changes in anorexia nervosa
UW Step 2 USMLE 15089 the patient has anemia in the question stem
I couldn’t find the etiology from Amboss, UW, etc, but outside sources I was reading said the anemia was due to bone marrow suppression rather than B12/B9/iron
