Couldn’t you just say “suicide”? Suicide death and suicide completion both seem quite redundant (it’s only suicide if you die. If it’s not specifically stated that it was an attempted suicide, you assume that by suicide they mean death?)
AMBOSS: “SAD PERSONS (referring to the mnemonic) are at risk for suicide”
and
“The following populations are at increased risk of suicide due to…”
The first line of that article says "Suicide is the act of intentionally ending one’s own life. If this action does not have a fatal outcome, it is called a suicide attempt. " I like “completion” a bit little better just because “suicide death” sounds more redundant.
