Agree with this change, the cloze’s for “CD4” should also be removed as well. 100 cells/mm3 is also tested in nid:1500058721659 - so could consider just removing c2 altogether. Amboss lists Nitazoxanide only as treatment for immunocompetent hosts. FAS1 2023 lists it as treatment for immunocompromised hosts, so probably fine to leave wording as is. @Ahmed7 @herstein.jacob @Sameem @Cameron @Eli.Tanenbaum @shmuelsash

I’d leave c2 on 100 just in case some people opted to only do this card; ok with other suggestions
