Not firm on this, but my vote is to possibly keep as is since the question already clarifies that clomipramine is second line. I feel like the extra field just helps to give an explanation for why clomipramine is second line and SSRIs are first line. Amboss and FA 2025 (pg. 580) both list clomipramine as second line.

Although I suppose since clomipramine isn’t listed in UWorld anymore we could definitely remove that
Agree with @mitchelnelson, I think the card is clear as is. I wouldn’t expect UW to say its first line (as rationale states as the reason for change) bc its second line (like the card says)
