UpToDate (see “Refractory hyperparathyroidism and indications for parathyroidectomy in adult dialysis patients”, “Etiology of hypercalcemia”, “Diagnostic approach to hypercalcemia”, and “Clinical manifestations of hypercalcemia”) says that hypercalcemia from primary and tertiary hyperparathyroidism presents with classic symptoms (stones, bones, etc).
