not sure why only cholangiocarcinoma? CEA is nonspecific and elevated in most adenocarcinomas, CA 19-9 is used as a tumor marker for many different malignancies (pancreatic, hepatobiliary, gastric, colorectal, and endometrial).
Not against adding info to extra section but maybe consider broadening it?

I agree, my only thought was that pancreatic adenocarcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma are the only ones that have flashcards relating to both CEA and CA 19-9 as tumor markers.
true, I would just worry that this might lead people to thinking these are the only two or the main two cancers associated with these tumor markers
