Thanks for the reminder! Looking back at this, I think the distinction is that Pancoast syndrome is a consequence of Pancoast tumors that denotes a specific constellation of symptoms that includes Horner syndrome and not SVC syndrome. So card is ok as is; I’ll reject it in a bit unless you’ve got further concerns about it
